Our coaches have experience in leading individual, group, and full squad training and cater to your specific needs.
Hours of Operation
Weekdays: 10 AM – 2 PM
Saturdays: 10 AM – 6 PM
Sundays: Closed
70-Minute Sessions
Development training sessions last a rigorous 70 minutes (1 hour 10 mins) and are designed to maximize your soccer development.
Free Training Top
Development players will receive a street footie FC training top when checking in to their first session.

For Field Players
Field players undergo personalized, high-intensity training sessions aimed at improving individual skillsets and position-specific attributes through drills and exercises executed at game speed.
For Goalkeepers
Goalkeepers undergo tailored regiments, including shot-stopping, handling, one-on-ones, reactions, kicking, distribution, and command of area drills to improve every facet of goalkeeping.

All street footie Football Club development sessions will run on synthetic turf or quality grass fields.
Session locations and turf quality vary depending on field availability and players’ needs.

Fitness Testing
street footie FC uses objective fitness tests and exercises to evaluate a player’s overall performance and calculate your VO₂ Max (maximal oxygen consumption) and top speed.
We perform:
- Beep / Multi-stage Fitness test
- Cooper test – timed 2-mile (3.2 km) run
- 40-meter / 40-yard timed dash
Technical Work
Development players are put through intense, high-velocity drills and exercises designed to mimic real game scenarios.
Cool Down & Recovery
Every session is finished with a guided cool-down routine to prevent injury, maximize muscle recovery and improve mobility and flexibility.
