The orange army is brimming with excitement as they begin this new journey. There was pure joy among returning, and newly acquired players as team activities resumed last week after a somewhat fluctuating MSSL Campaign. The orange army displayed some of the best football in their previous season. However, they had an upheaval season, and the points acquired painted a partial picture of a team of this caliber. In their game against Bashgah FC, nothing short of three points is deemed favorable for the orange army. The boys learned some valuable lessons last season and are looking forward to sending a clear message to the entire league in their first game.

street footie: Traveling from Maryland to Washington, DC, street footie FC will take a maximum squad size of 18 players. Squad size will include the acquisition of four vibrant players who we will undoubtedly feature on street footies’ upcoming player-to-watch segments.
Player to watch: Flavio Hastenreter (o maestro)
O maestro will aim to pick up his excellent form from MSSL into his first DCPL game. Flavio edged out the competition this summer during street footies tryouts to cement his place in the team as its starting attacking midfielder. The Brazillian-born plays with tenacity and joy, making him a threat to every opponent.
